Recently at our May 4th meeting we passed a motion for a draw to address the issue of poor member attendance at our monthly meetings. It is very important that members be present at the meetings to give input on important decisions that effect all members. Also to keep informed on upcoming events so they can better assist, the future of our club depends on our members being active. The idea is that members who attend monthly meetings will be rewarded by receiving one entry per person, per meeting into a yearly draw that will be held during our fundraiser banquet. The prize will be determined before the banquet and have a value of up to $500. There is a sign in book at the meetings which will be used to determine how many entries you have in the draw. Please be sure to print legibly as if we cannot read your name we cannot enter you into the draw. You must have a valid membership to qualify.
